Description Of Distribution Scope

The estimated delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery is affected by force majeure factors such as customs clearance or weather. You can track the package and check the delivery status in "My Order". If you have any questions, please contact customer service for consultation.

The products on the mall platform meet the requirements of customs export policies and support delivery within the national sphere. However, the delivery time in some remote areas will be correspondingly extended, and a few products do not support delivery. If you have successfully placed an order and we are unable to deliver it to you, we will notify you promptly.

The mall platform currently does not support services such as evening delivery, scheduled delivery, and self pickup for products.
